These terms of use govern access to and use of the website of the ASA Pampelonne. By browsing the website or using its services, you accept these terms.

In particular, the website allows you to consult the working hours and rules for building work on the estate, to register a contractor, to request an exemption, to track these requests and, for owners, to access a private owners' area.

3. Owners' area

Access to the owners' area is reserved for owners invited by the ASA. Login details are personal and confidential: users are responsible for keeping them safe and for any use made of their account. The documents made available are intended for personal use and must not be distributed.

4. Registrations and requests

Users undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information. A contractor registration does not constitute planning permission and does not exempt anyone from complying with the working hours, the estate regulations and municipal regulations. An exemption is only granted following an express decision of the ASA, notified in writing.

5. Responsible use

It is forbidden to use the website for unlawful purposes, to attempt to disrupt its operation, to upload malicious files or to collect data from it automatically. The ASA may suspend access in the event of a breach.

6. Intellectual property

The content of the website is protected. Any reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited, subject to the exceptions provided by law (short quotation, private use).

7. Liability

The ASA endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information published and the availability of the website, but cannot guarantee this at all times. The hours displayed are given for information purposes: in the event of any discrepancy, official decisions and orders prevail. Links to third-party websites are not the responsibility of the ASA.
