The rules below apply to all owners, tenants and companies working within the ASA perimeter.

Regulated periods

Building work allowed : Mon – Fri, 8 h – 12 h · 14 h – 18 h Maintenance & gardening : Mon – Fri, 8 h – 12 h · 14 h – 18 h

Noisy work and building sites are forbidden on Saturdays and Sundays. Please respect the lunch break!

Mar 29, 2027to Jun 30, 2027

Building work allowed : Mon – Fri, 8 h – 12 h · 14 h – 18 h Maintenance & gardening : Mon – Fri, 8 h – 12 h · 14 h – 18 h

Jul 1, 2027to Aug 31, 2027

Building work completely prohibited Maintenance & gardening : Mon – Fri, 9 h – 12 h

Building work completely forbidden. Routine maintenance and gardening allowed Monday to Friday, 9 am – 12 pm.

Sep 1, 2027to Oct 31, 2027

Outside these periods, works remain subject to Ramatuelle municipal regulations. Public holidays and bridge days remain prohibited.

Building work and works are strictly prohibited on the following days:

Do not block the estate roads; park site vehicles on the plot concerned whenever possible.

Roads and verges must be left clean every day; any damage will be charged to the owner.

Keep disturbance to a minimum: suitable machinery, spraying water to control dust, no music on site.

No rubble or green waste may be left in shared areas: disposal at a waste collection centre is mandatory.
