PLU & urban planning
The PLU (plan local d’urbanisme, Ramatuelle’s local urban development plan) sets out what may be built, together with heights, footprints, fences and planting. It applies to every plot on the estate.
PLU in force: revision approved by resolution of the municipal council of October 19, 2026.
The ASA does not process any planning application: building permits and prior declarations are the responsibility of the commune of Ramatuelle. The links below point to the official documents published by the town hall; only the version published online by the commune is authoritative.
